When you get something that’s important take hold and do what you need to do, otherwise you may be passing up the thing you really need.
Should be sleeping since I gotta get up for work at 6am and work out… yah im still doing it… still dont like it, but alot of people are commenting on the weight i’ve lost and the fact that my cloths all look massive on me… i got into a pair of regular fit 38s yesterday yo! That’s down 10 full jean sizes… was in relaxed fit 46s/regular fit 48s aug 02. Wicked cool… nother 60 lbs and a jean size and i’ll be right where I wanna be. 36/170lbs. I may end up weighing more than that due to physical mass gain though, my legs and arms are bulking up at an unbelieveable rate… and i’m not trying to get them to do that, i just want a decent shape rather than… kinda round. Basically giving myself 12-16 weeks to loose 60 and finish getting a flat gut, cut legs/arms, etc.
Wish me luck, shouldn’t need it but it never hurts :o)
