… my limbs hurt like hell.
Started cross training on the eliptical today, running backwards at 70rpm badddddddddddddd.
Ug. Only 3 more days this week to work out and I’m done for the weekend. I’ve decided to treat exercise like overtime at work (something I hate but can’t avoid when it occurs) it’s just an extra two hours added onto my work day. 5 days a week. Hopefully with that schedule until march/april I’ll be looking mighty fine for the beach this spring… then I think i’ll cut back to 2-3x a week. I don’t want to look like Heman. Just wanna get some cut and loose all the fat.
Anyways, gonna fiddle with the personals sites then crash early i think, give my body some time to recoup.
