… silly but cool thing, I can put my hands both on the floor palms flat with my legs straight and not spread apart! hehe gut has shrunk enough that it’s not in the way anymore! I’m surprised I can do this one already, just tried it out of matter of course… and with a few stretches I can do it!
Silly but it’s one of my fitness related goals and it was my first accomplished flexability goal…
Finished Goals:
o Start working out consistantly
o Get under 300
o Get under 280
o Get under 250
o Get under 230
o Run a mile in 11 min
o Run a mile in 10 min
o Get into a 44
o Get into a 42
o Get into a 40
o Get into a 38
o Run 70+rpm at 155 or less heart rate for 20 min
o Run 70+rpm for 20 min
o Run 70+rpm for 40 min
o Do 10 pushups without stopping
o Do 20 pushups without stopping
o Both hands flat on floor while standing straight
ToDo Goals:
o Get Under 220 (219 is the lowest I’ve been since graduation.)
o Get Under 200 (I think last time I was under 200 I was 15-16? It’s the lowest I remember being.)
o Get to ‘correct’ weight (Should be ~165-185 somewhere)
o Run a mile in 9 min
o Run a mile in 8 min
o Run a mile in 7 min
o Run a mile in 6 min
o Get into a 36
o Get into a 34 (If possible)
o Get into a 32 (If possible)
o Run 70+rpm at 135 or less heart rate for 20 min
o Run 70+rpm for 60 min
o Bench my own weight
o Touch head to knees while standing straight
o Do a full side to side split
o Do a full front to back split
o Do 50 pushups without stopping
o Do 100 pushups without stopping
o Get a flat tummy
o Get cut (not big, just cut)
o Get a tan.
o Run a marathon (not trying to win, but rather just to finish in a decent time… call it 7-9m/mi)
Getting there slowly but surely :o) All this working out is paying off… i hate going 5 days a week but it’s helping alot :o)
