… i started doing some drawing at home, anime/manga style stuff, I’m not great at it to be sure but since this is the frist time I’ve really tried I don’t expect to be, but I think based on my initial sketches i can pick it up… I’ll try to scan in a few things later, trying to learn how to correctly draw hair right now. Tricky stuff to get it to look good anyways…

Figured it’s been a while since I updated my goals so… here they are:
Finished Goals:
o Start working out consistantly (M-F+Su, Skating on Sa generally)
o Get under 340
o Get under 320
o Get under 300
o Get under 280
o Get under 260
o Get under 240
o Get Under 220 (219 is the lowest I’ve been since graduation.)
o Get Under 200 (I think last time I was under 200 I was 15-16? It’s the lowest I remember being.)
o Run a mile in 15 min
o Run a mile in 11 min
o Run a mile in 10 min
o Run a mile in 9 min
o Run a mile in 8 min
o Get into a 44
o Get into a 42
o Get into a 40
o Get into a 38
o Get into a 36
o Get into a 34
o Get into a 32 (Lil tight but fits)
o Run 70+rpm at 155 or less heart rate for 20 min
o Run 70+rpm for 20 min
o Run 70+rpm for 40 min

o Do 10 pushups without stopping
o Do 20 pushups without stopping
o Do 25 pushups without stopping

ToDo Goals:
o Get to ‘correct’ weight (Should be ~160-190 somewhere, depending on how much mass ive put on from exercise)

o Get into a 28 (If possilbe– highly doubt it… I’d have to be seriously anarexic (sp?))
o Run a mile in 7 min (When I can do 3 of these in a row I could pass marines pt)

o Run 70+rpm at 135 or less heart rate for 20 min
o Touch head to knees while standing straight (So close, yet so far away)
o Do a full side to side split (Should sign up for the yoga classes at bally’s)

o Get a flat tummy (Down to just needing a bit more weight loss, my stomache is is rock hard under what’s left of the fat.)
o Get cut (not big, just cut– almost there just need to toss a few more lbs and i’m there entirely.)
o Run a marathon (not trying to win, but rather just to finish in a decent time… call it less than 9m/mi)

… life has evened out a bit, still dropping weight and getting more fit. I looked in the mirror the other day while I was nekkid at a friends house and went “Wow.” My back has definition! I mean like real lines and cuts to it. So do my shoulders and arms and calves. My thighs are getting there too… its kinda crazy.
So niny got ahold of me, kinda missed chatting at her, her baby is doing good and seems like her and B are sharing the taking care of her pretty equally which is good… keeps both parents sane rather than driving one nuts :P
Hmm… what else? Hmm can’t think of anything good :) I’ll probally update again soon, need to get back to writing here, seems to help clear my brains out!
