One chapter ends…
… and another chapter begins. I turned in my two week notice to the place of my employeement on Wednesday and today was my last day (Paid out till April 12th though). Humorously, they *escorted* me out of the building. Lol. I’m too professional to actually do anything to their systems, hell– I even helped the *nix and cisco guys they brought in (who to their credit KNOW THEIR SHIT– unlike Arnie) to document my job on thursday and today and I didn’t try to hold anything back, so there was no cause for that other than Arnie’s satisfaction. Sometimes being overly honest isn’t good, I think Arnie didn’t take it to well when I told him I lacked any sort of confidence in his abilities in linux and cisco equipment even though he claimed he knew them top down (and had that on his resume.) Anywho, I’m glad to be gone, my stress has dropped massively. It’s over, it’s done, and it looks like I got a bit of piece work to do and if that goes well maybe I’ll find a bit more ;) In all honesty, I finally feel at peace and I haven’t since Arnie started… I’ve been in a downward spiral since he started and it finally feels like it’ll get better.
